Lunch good value, tonic expensive, coffee to be avoided.
Although it was quite dull and chilly when we set off it brightened up beautifully as the day progressed . There was a large herd of deer at Longbeach and they did not seem to be disturbed by the caravans on the site. A relatively easy walk with lots of options to take different tracks in the forest.
